Jtah – the elegantly outspoken clothing label by Melbourne girl Thao Phuong who began designing to explore the techniques of draping and creating new shapes – the result is a collection that exudes luxe, presence and bold femininity with detail and affection in every piece.

October 2004 saw the launch of the label at Melbourne Mercedez Fashion Week as part of the New Generation Group. The collection was singled out by Indonesian boutique Lucy House from the group show, and more locally was picked up by epitomize stores Assin and Impanema in Melbourne.
The label received encouraging media reviews, surfacing in Trend Reports of RUSSH Australia, Attitude Magazine, and also appearing in a full page editorial in The Herald Sun, titled ‘Bound for glory’, which delves into the labels recent success at an international level in Ireland and Paris.
More recently the highly anticipated Spring/Summer 05-06 Ready to Wear Collection was on show at the Sydney Mercedez Fashion Week in May 2005. Orders were placed from highly acclaimed stores such as Blondies in Melbourne and Emporia in WA. The collection is currently en route to Paris and New York, with boutiques in Ireland and the UK firmly set.
